Improving Safety and Quality of Organic Leafy Greens | UANews.org

U.S. Department of Agriculture
has provided $2.9 million for the
University of Arizona
to improve the safety and post-harvest quality of field-grown organic
leafy greens
. The project includes an outreach and education program.
